Apollo reserves the right to use any such recordings for any purpose without your written consent. These recordings may be used in publications, advertising, media materials, social media, telecasts, webcasts, and other means by Apollo and its affiliates and representatives.

You release Apollo and its employees from any liability related to the recording and use of the content captured during the event. To protect individuals' privacy, full names will not be used without written approval from the subject or their legal guardian. Your attendance at the event constitutes your waiver of all rights or claims for payment or royalties in connection with the use of the recorded content, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use. You also waive the right to inspect or approve the recordings taken by Apollo or any of its designated personnel.

Any unauthorized use, copying, alteration, or modification of Apollo's recordings is strictly prohibited. By purchasing a ticket to an Apollo event, you also agree to receive email updates from the event organizers
